Dear Residents, the Board of Directors respectfully request that all future HOA PMR requests, complaints, etc. be sent to the official HOA email address or mailed to the HOA mailing address and not to individual Board Members private email addresses. The reasons for this are many but include the need for “ALL Board Members” need to know what’s going on in our community and can act in unison to solve any problems, the need to file the emails for any future questions, the need for open dialogue, resident information security and also stop Board Members private email from being overloaded.

Because of this decision any future emails sent directly to Board Members private emails after Friday 21st April, 2017 will not be acted upon.
